Dr. Ezra B. Riber is the founder and Medical Director of Palmetto Pain Management, LLC, a comprehensive interventional Pain Management program located in Columbia, South Carolina. He has been evaluating and treating patients with pain in South Carolina for almost 35 years. Previously, Dr. Riber was the founder and Director of the Pain Management Center at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, SC, where he was also the director of the post-operative pain service. He was the first anesthesiologist to serve as Chair of the Department of Surgery at McLeod before relocating his family to Columbia in 1999.

Dr. Jennifer D. Stanislaus received her medical degree with an academic scholarship from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in 2009 after graduating with honors with her B.A. from Duke University. She completed her residency in Anesthesiology in 2013 at Wake Forest University of Medicine.

Dr. Sriram received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in Athens, GA and earned his medical degree at the University of Alabama-Birmingham School of Medicine in Birmingham, AL. After graduating with his medical doctorate, Dr. Sriram completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC. He later moved to Pittsburgh, PA to pursue a fellowship in interventional pain management at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
